Notice of Election of UEW Alumni Association Executive Officers

The Office for Institutional Advancement/Alumni Relations, in collaboration with the Department of Publishing and Web Development, announce for the information of UEW alumni that Congress is coming up to elect Officers who shall serve on the National Executive Committee (NEC) of the UEW Alumni Association.

Vacant positions are as follows:

  • President
  • Vice-President
  • Treasurer
  • Organising Secretary
  • Secretary


Opening of Nominations Monday, 15th November, 2021
Closing of Nominations Tuesday, 30th November, 2021
Declaration of Nominations Wednesday, 1st December, 2021
Congress and Election Saturday, 11th December, 2021, 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. at the Jophus Anamuah-Mensah Conference Centre, North Campus, University of Education, Winneba.

Nomination Instructions:

  • A nomination form shall be rendered invalid if it does not show the name, Student ID/Alumni Number, signature of the nominee, person nominating, witnesses, and their phone numbers.
  • Nominating a candidate for more than one position renders the form invalid.
  • All nominations should reach the Alumni Relations Office, Room 103, Nathaniel Kofi Pecku Building, North Campus, Winneba NOT LATER THAN 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, 30th November, 2021.

Elections will be coordinated by the Division of Publications and Communication.
