Programme Description
The Programme aims at:
Developing competencies and skills in the field of rehabilitation of persons with disabilities.
The development of manpower to meet the needs of persons with disabilities.
Deepening understanding of issues relating to rehabilitation.
Developing the capacity to transfer knowledge and skills to persons with disabilities, family members, community groups and other service providers.
Raising academic and professional standards in the Rehabilitation of Persons with
Disabilities.
It is also designed to improve the skills of Managers of rehabilitation projects and services and equip Rehabilitation Professionals and Activists to ensure effective implementation of social inclusive programmes in Ghana and the rest of Africa.
