The College of Health Sciences of the University of Ghana is inviting Faculty members and Postgraduate students of UEW to participate in its 4th Biennial Scientific Conference scheduled as follows:

Dates: 28th - 30th September 2022

Venue: La Palm Royal Beach Hotel, Accra

Theme: COVID 19 Pandemic to Date: The Uncertain Path Ahead.

Abstracts for oral and poster presentations should be submitted according to the following guidelines:

1. All abstracts should be structured as follows:

1. Title and authors (underline presenting author)
2. Aim(s) or objective(s)
3. Methods
4. Results
5. Discussion and conclusion

2. Must not exceed 250 words and with a font size of 12
3. All abstracts should be submitted electronically to

4. Continuous Professional Development (CPD): MDC &AHPC credits

Awards would be given to the following categories

• The Best Young Scientist
• The Best Postgraduate and Research Assistant for oral presentation
• The Best Postgraduate and Research Assistant for poster presentation

Registration for Non-College of Health Sciences members of staff is by payment of GH₵1,000.00 to the College of Health Sciences Accounts Office, Korle-Bu.
