Appointments to Various Positions in the University of Education, Winneba

The 2018/2019 academic year will end on 31^st July, 2019 and some appointments will expire. Consequently, various Deans of Faculty & School, Directors of Institute as well as Heads of Department, Centres are kindly entreated to make new nominations to positions listed below for the 2019/2020 academic year:

• Heads of Department
• Academic Counsellors
• Faculty/Departmental Examinations Officers
• Coordinators of Units/Sections
• Postgraduate Programmes Coordinators

Please, the nominations are limited to the above only and should be collated at the Faculty level and forwarded through the Principals/Deans to the Vice-Chancellor on or before 24^th July, 2019.

Please note that, all other appointments such as the following should be forwarded separately to the Vice-Chancellor with detail justification:

• Appointments of coordinators and Heads for newly created Units/Sections.
• Post-retirement contract appointments (Senior Lecturers are entitled to a maximum of three (3) years if recommended by the Department/Faculty).
• Part-time appointments
• Sabbatical appointments
