Election of Pro-Vice-Chancellor | Supplementary Modalities for the Use of Proxies

Management has taken into consideration the fact that a number of Convocation members are out of their designated jurisdiction either for internship monitoring or for some other official business.

Consequently, Management has decided that the following procedure regarding the use of proxies will be allowed:

1. Convocation members can complete a copy of the proxy form, scan and email it to their respective campuses via publications@uew.edu.gh (Winneba Campus); registrarm@uew.edu.gh (Mampong Campus); aobediako@uew.edu.gh (Ajumako Campus); mtampomah@gmail.com (Kumasi Campus).
2. Again, the submission deadline has been extended from 4:00pm to close of day on Wednesday, November 20, 2019.
