Life Certificate for GUSSS Pensioners

As part of our efforts to update our GUSSS (Ghana Universities Staff Superannuation Scheme) pensioners records, UEW GUSSS pensioners are requested to complete the attached GUSSS Pensioners Life Certificate.

Members are to:

1. Complete and return the form on or before 10th April 2020 to any of the following offices:

• GUSSS secretariat, UEW Winneba
• Finance Officer's secretariat, Winneba Campus,
• Finance officer's secretariat, Kumasi Campus,
• Finance officer's secretariat, Mampong Campus,
• Finance officer's secretariat, Ajumako Campus

2. Attach one (1) passport size photograph to the completed form

Any pensioner who is unable to return the completed form on or before 10th April 2020 will compel us to delete his/her name from Scheme's payroll beginning April 2020.

Members should endeavour to adhere to this directive with some urgency.
