Notice of Election of UTAG UEW Branch Executive Officers | 2019-2021

The positions of UEW Branch of UTAG Executive Officers are vacant. Eligible Members are invited to nominate persons for election to the following positions for the period 2019-2021:

1. President
2. Vice-President
3. Secretary
4. Treasurer

Note:

The above Election Timelines are for Winneba and Ajumako campuses. Timelines for Kumasi and Asante-Mampong campuses will be communicated later.

Nomination Instructions

1. A candidate contesting the election shall be a confirmed member and must have served two years in the University.
2. A nomination form shall be rendered invalid if nomination is not done by an eligible member.
3. A nomination form shall be rendered invalid if it does not show the names of the nominee and his/her seconder/supporter.
4. A nomination form shall be rendered invalid if a person is nominated for more than one position.
5. A nomination form shall be rendered invalid if a nominee does not accept to contest for the post he/she is nominated for.
6. All nominations must reach the Publishing and Web Development Department NOT LATER THAN 4:00pm on Tuesday, September 24, 2019.
