The Office for Institutional Advancement/Alumni Relations, in collaboration with the Department of Publishing and Web Development announce for the information of UEW alumni that Congress is coming up to elect Officers who shall serve on the National Executive Committee (NEC) of the Alumni Association of UEW as follows:

Declaration of Nominations               Monday, April 29, 2019

Congress & Election                          Saturday, May 11, 2019

Instructions

• A nomination form shall be rendered invalid if it does not show the names and signature of the nominee, person nominating, seconding; and their phone numbers.
• Contesting /ticking more than one position renders form invalid.
• All nominations should reach the Alumni Relations Office (Winneba) NOT LATER THAN 5:00pm on Friday, April 26, 2019.

Note:

To vote or via for position, one should have paid Alumni dues for at least a year. Payment can be made to UEW Alumni Association GCB  Account no. 3051010093520 NOT LATER THAN Thursday, May 9, 2019.
