Update of GUSSS Membership Records

Members of the Ghana Universities Staff Superannuation Scheme (GUSSS), UEW branch who wish to update their records or apply for membership certificate should complete the attached GUSSS Membership Form and submit to the GUSSS Secretariat or Finance Office.

The completed form should be submitted in a sealed envelope.
