Final Year Economics Students Present Refrigerators to their Department.

The former executives of the Association of Economics Students (AES) on behalf of final year Economics students have donated two refrigerators to their Department on the 13th June, 2018 at the Faculty Block of the UEW, North Campus.  

The students said the donation was to show their appreciation to the Department for the love shown them during their study at UEW.

Workshop on Technology for Interviewing and Information Collection

The Division of Publications and Communication is organising a training workshop for staff of the Division on Technology for Interviewing Live Events and Information Collection (Smart tools for Smart Reportage – The Use of Android & IOS for Broadcasting).

Late Prof (Ing.) Okai’s Mortal Remains Interred at Nkurakan in the Eastern Region

The mortal remains of the former Principal of the College of Technology Education, Kumasi (COLTEK) of University of Education Winneba (UEW), Prof. (Ing.) Reynolds Okai was interred, last Sunday, May 27, 2018 at the family cemetery in Nkurakan near Koforidua in the Eastern Region.

Hundreds of individuals from across the country and representatives of various institutions joined the late Professor’s family and UEW to honour the deceased with a fitting burial at Nkurakan and final funeral rites at the Koforidua Technical University (KTU).
