ITECPD Organises Three-day Workshop for Affiliate Colleges of Education

The Institute for Teacher Education and Continuing Professional Development (ITECPD), University of Education, Winneba (UEW) has organised a three-day workshop to build the capacity of tutors of the affiliated Colleges of Education in test item construction at the Windy Lodge Hotel, Winneba.

IERIS-UEW Holds Exhibition and Seminar to Observe African Universities Week

The Institute for Educational Research and Innovation Studies (IERIS) of the University of Education, Winneba (UEW) has held an exhibition and a seminar to mark the 2019 African Universities’ Week, a period on the calendar of the Association of African Universities (AAU) earmarked for higher education institutions across Africa to commemorate the establishment of AAU.

Prof. Andrews Ofori-Birikorang Appointed as Pro-Vice-Chancellor of UEW

The Management of the University of Education, Winneba, on behalf of the Governing Council, has appointed Prof. Andrews Ofori-Birikorang as the Pro-Vice-Chancellor of the University. The appointment takes immediate effect 

Until his appointment as Pro-Vice-Chancellor, Prof. Ofori-Birikorang was the Dean of Faculty of Foreign Languages Education and Communication.

Payment of Full Fees

End of Semester Examinations are scheduled to take place from 9th - 22nd December, 2019. Management has taken note that a number of fresh and continuing students are owing fees. We wish to inform all students that entry in Examination Halls will be subject to payment of FULL FEES.

For all Continuing students, seventy percent (70%) of fees should be paid before they are allowed into examination halls.

All students are reminded to ensure that they have settled all outstanding school fees before the End of Semester Examinations commence.
