AFRICAN UNION DAY SEMINAR
The Centre for African Studies (CAS) of University of Education Winneba (UEW) as an interdisciplinary research and teaching centre with a focus on building knowledge on Africa is organizing this one-day seminar on the theme Africa Integration: Positioning Higher Education in the African Continental Free Trade Area (ACFTA) and Development.

Objective of the Seminar: The seminar seeks to bring together academics, students and all persons interested in the development in Africa to deliberate on issues involved in education as a pathway to African integration. Planned activities include a paper presentation on the theme by an expert in African Integration, followed by a panel discussion which is stimulated by a chosen Discussant, and a plenary session.
