It was expected that participants would return to their home countries to further disseminate their new knowledge and thereby help improve research outputs of researchers and research groups in the institutions of the participants. The University of Education, Winneba Library, had five of its staff being part of the international training programme. The Workshop was facilitated by Mr. Chris Owusu-Ansah, Mrs. Efua Mansa Ayiah, Mr. Francis Andoh Mensah, Ms. Erica Nutsukpui and Mr. Kwabena Amoako.
