Radio Windy Bay Donates to Methodist Rafiki Village

As part of its Corporate Social Responsibility and in sharing love this festive season, Radio Windy Bay (RWB) on Saturday, 15th December, 2018 donated several items to the Methodist Rafiki Satellite Village at Gyaahadze near Winneba. The items donated included seven mini bags of rice, one maxi bag of sugar, a 25litre cooking oil, ten crates of assorted drinks, dozens of biscuits, and packs of toilet rolls.

Making the presentation, the Manager of RWB, Mr. Jones Appiah Kubi intimated, Management of the Station thought it wise to visit and show some love to the children at the facility. He said, the donation, which was the second to the Village, was to make the children there enjoy the Christmas festive season. Mr. Apiah Kubi added, the Station would continue to support the village annually through the benevolence of its listenership.

Receiving the donation, the Ag. Village Manager Mrs. Mercy Asante, expressed appreciation to the Station for the donation. She said, although they had received gifts from other visitors, the donation was timely as it would help them celebrate the Christmas in a grand style.

The station treated the children to games like musical chairs, Bible and general quiz and dancing competition.
