UEW Donates Farming Equipment to the Effutu Municipal Assembly
The Management of the University of Education, Winneba (UEW) on Thursday, 6th December, 2018 donated some farming equipment to the Effutu Municipal Assembly as the University’s contribution towards the 34th Annual Farmers Day Celebration.
Mr. Francis Teye, a Senior Assistant Registrar and Mr. Samuel S. A. Cromwell, a Senior Accountant, presented the items to the Municipal Chief Executive of the Assembly on behalf of the Management of the University as part of the University’s co-operate social responsibility.

Receiving the items, the Municipal Chief Executive, Hon. J. B. Ninson commended UEW Management for this corporate social responsibility that the University performs every year as part of their contribution towards the Farmers Day Celebration. He also expressed his gratitude to the Management of the University for the kind gesture.
The items donated were two wheelbarrows, three boxes of wellington boots, one box of crocodile cutlass and three pieces of Aluminum basins.
