UEW honoured with the platinum award for best practices

At a ceremony held in Belgium (Brussels) on Saturday 4th June 2016, the University of Education, Winneba was honoured by the European Society for Quality and Research with the Platinum Award for Best Practices.

The award ceremony brought together representatives from institutions and organisations from across the length and breadth of the globe (Asia, Europe, Africa, America and Australia). Institutions were assessed for outstanding commitment, support and results in quality management strategies.

The European Awards for Best Practices programme takes a comprehensive look at the initiatives and strategies that business leaders implement in their companies and organisations; it recognizes the efforts of exceptional and talented employers and employees and provides motivation for continuous progress.
