Frank Afari is a lecturer in the Department of History at the University of Education, Winneba (Ghana). He holds a Ph.D. in International History from the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies (Geneva, Switzerland). He is particularly interested in human rights, transitional justice, and constitutionalism.
