This study evaluated the classroom implementation of the Senior High School elective biology curriculum in the Central Region of Ghana. A cross-sectional descriptive survey design was used for the study. Three instruments were designed and validated for data collection; these were (i) Questionnaire (ii) Interview (iii) Observation Instrument (Barbados Workshop Instrument) as the main instrument for the study. The target population comprised all the public Senior High Schools in the Central Region of Ghana that offered elective biology.
